Terms & conditions of service

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

1. Rates and prices are valid on the day of reservation. Payments can be made in cash, transfer or credit card through PayPal. Prices are shown in US dollars, if you want to pay in Mexican pesos, the exchange rate of the day you make the payment will be applied.

2. Reservations are subject to availability on the requested dates and the requested service will not be guaranteed until we receive at least 30% deposit of your reservation.

3. For Aerial Photography, reservations must be made and confirmed at least 48 hours before the service is provided in order to check availability. As soon as we receive your deposit the day of the Drone service will be blocked.

4. Payment for services will be made as follows:

Deposit into a Mexican account.
Bank transfer from Mexico to our account in Mexico.
International payments by PayPal to info@flyrivieramaya.com.mx
The EXPRESS reservation service 12 hours in advance requires 100% of the amount of the service without the possibility of cancellation.
The USER agrees to complete the payment of the total amount of the reserved service until the day of the requested event in the event that overtime, additional editions, extra cameras or personnel are added.

5. Payment of 100% of the agreed fee can be made in cash, bank transfer or PayPal. In the latter case, if you wish to pay the entire service through PayPal, an extra 6% will be added to the total amount.

Cancellation and Changes Policy

DRONE RENTAL CONDITIONS PER HOUR

Up to 48 hours before, you can cancel your reservation and receive 100% of the payment made.
From 48 to 24 hours you can change the reserved date and you will receive 80% refund ONLY in case of illness, upon presentation of a medical certificate.
After 24 hours there is no refund ONLY change of date.
THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF A REFUND ON THE SAME DAY OF THE EVENT
CONDITIONS OF THE PHOTOGRAPHY AND DRONE SERVICE

Once we receive your deposit and your service is blocked, you can cancel your service up to 7 days prior to your reserved date for a 100% refund or date change.

From 6 days it is non-refundable, and you can change the date depending on availability and weather conditions up to 48 hours before.

SKY DREAMS CANCUN reserves the right to make itinerary changes due to bad weather or force majeure.

SKY DREAMS CANCUN reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation if users present behaviors that endanger the life and health of themselves or others during the service. Including the inappropriate use of the objects or the breach of the terms and conditions described here. In this case, there will be no refund.

CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE: No refund will be made for causes of force majeure, when the reasons are beyond the control of SKY DREAMS CANCUN. Such as hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, bad weather, closure of ports and seas by the government, acts of terrorism or strikes. The user can change the reserved date for another available for a maximum within 6 months.

100% Refund Policy

The 100% refund will be applicable only if the user cancels the service up to 7 days before the date reserved for weddings if it is verified that the wedding itself has been canceled due to forces of greater causes
Partial Refund Policy

50% refund if you cancel the service after 6 days prior to the reserved date.
80% refund in case of illness, presenting a medical certificate after 6 days prior to the reserved date.
No Refund Policy

The service is canceled without refund after 48 hours before the reserved date.
If users show negligent, illegal, disrespectful behavior, destroying the environment or endangering their safety or that of others during the service. Including the inappropriate use of the objects, the staff or the breach of the terms and conditions described here.
